Services include stand alone reports that you can order while an “add-on” is an addendum to a service. For example a “Full Appraisal – As Is” is a stand alone service you can order and the various add-ons include “As Complete Addendum”, “Market Rent Addendum” and “Schedule A”. You must order a service before you can order an add-on.
