If you require an appraisal to be completed in a shortened timeline Rush service level will permit you to state your required delivery date to the appraiser and properly communicate the urgency of the assignment. Any additional fees will be at the appraiser’s discretion and there are no set rush fees. If the appraiser has excess capacity, they may elect not to charge any additional fees.
