Worthit’s list of qualified appraisers is based on your own internal approved list of appraisers. If you particularly enjoy working with a specific appraiser for any reason, we want you to be able to reward them by specifically selecting them to complete appraisals. Selecting a preferred appraiser does not guarantee they will be selected to complete your appraisal however, as they may be on vacation, have a conflict of interest, or may not be able to meet your required deadline. In these rare cases, Worthit will select the next best option for you.
