There is an error in the report and/or I am questioning the value estimate. How do I address this?

Addressing the appraiser directly through Worthit’s system is the fastest and most convenient way to fix errors in reports or address any value related concerns. Simply click the request for review button, then explain what concerns you have, or the error you noticed, and the appraiser will respond with an answer or by uploading a new report if required. You will get an email notification when the new report is uploaded, and you can access it in the portal in the exact same way as the original.
